I can track the beginnings of creating guitar related gear back to 2010 when I just started and was etching PCBs in a garage, creating clones of well known devices for self-use and for a few friends. Later I started to modify the schematics and gradually progressed to creating my own designs.
But I always felt torn between the digital and analog worlds. On the one hand there is a tremendous flexibility and customization of digital effects, but on the other there is a superior quality and "feel" of analog circuits. I decided to try to fill that gap by creating analog gear that is digitally controlled, fitting that gap between the two worlds.
